The Sales Operations Administrator (SOA) is a valuable resource for Regional Partners, Account Executives and Sales Operations Team. The SOA partners with Sales Operations Specialists (SOS) to support a group of assigned Account Executives. The SOA will assist in supporting sales by requesting quotes from appropriate Vendors and Distributors, generating quotes for Customers, managing SalesForce.com Opportunities. In this role, the SOA is required to interact with Manufacturing Partners and internal business partners in a fast-paced support atmosphere. The SOA will provide general administrative and sales support to their assigned sales team and will report to the Regional Sales Operations Manager.
